Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We sure do! Just head to your online cart and add your postal address to calculate shipping costs.
Q: Can I use my country’s local currency to pay for my order?
A: You can use your local currency if you pay via PayPal, debit card or credit card. Please note, our prices are in Australian dollars though.
Q: What are the dimensions of the Canvast products?
A: As big as your dreams! But if you want to get all technical and mathematical about
it, the measurements are as follows:
Canvast Dateless Yearly Planner measures 29cm (h) x 19cm (w) x spine width 2.45cm. It
weighs 1kg. No f*cking clue how many pounds that is.
Canvast x Marika Day Health Tracker measures 21cm (h) x 14.8cm (w). It weighs 600gms.
Q: Is the Canvast planner still suitable for me if I don’t own a business or side hustle?
A: Abso-freakin-lutely! Canvast is a life planner for ALL women, regardless of career or lifestyle. It’s designed to ensure you have your biggest, boldest, most productive and ambitious year yet. As long as you have big dreams – and even bigger goals – the Canvast yearly planner is going to change yo’ whole damn life!
Q: What’s your returns policy?
A: If you’re not satisfied with your Canvast please send us an email (we love feedback) and we will discuss a return for you. (But trust us, you’re not going to want to give these bad girls back.)
Q: What if my products arrive damaged?
A: If you receive your product and it’s faulty, or you believe it was damaged during delivery, we are happy to arrange an exchange or refund of the purchase price, provided the product is returned within a reasonable time. Please get in touch with us right away so we can get it sorted for you.
Q: How long will shipping take?
A: As we ship from Brisbane, standard postage to most Australian regions usually takes 2-3 days to arrive. We provide you with a tracking number once your order is processed, so you can always track your order. (But not in a freaky, stalker-ish kinda way.)
Q: How does an undated planner work?
A: Canvast doesn’t believe in waiting for a new year to get your sh*t together. We also know that some days or weeks don’t go to plan – or don’t get planned at all. If you stop using your Canvast (because you’ve, like, gone to Italy for 4 weeks and put all of your responsibilities on hold #luckything), you can pick up right where you left off, with no dates to tie you down. Q: Will pen bleed through the pages?
A: Hell no! Canvast pages are 120gsm, which is fancy printer speak for ‘no thin, sh*tty paper.’ Take that, other planners. *flicks middle finger*
Q: Do they come in other colours?
A: The Canvast Yearly Planner only comes in four colours; black, apricot, coral and eggshell. Canvast is the business of a solopreneur, which also means she’s self-funded (and running a small business is f*cking hard). But with enough support, we will have every colour under the sun, soon enough! Then, world domination. Obviously.

Q: Do you do gift wrapping or personalised orders?
A: Each Canvast comes in its own stylish canvas bag, which makes it a great
